Project Scopes & Engagements

Technical scopes submitted via our intake form are reviewed within 24 hours. Formal development begins once milestones, architecture specifications, and deliverables are mutually confirmed in a written statement of work.

KELMMARAH Technology Solutions operates on two clear engagement models: Fixed-Scope Milestones for product engineering with guaranteed delivery schedules, and Monthly Retainers for continuous DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure management, and 99.9% uptime SLA commitments.

Source Code and Documentation Handover

You own your business logic. KELMMARAH Technology Solutions enforces zero proprietary lock-in. Full source code, Git repositories, deployment documentation, and environment credentials belong entirely to the client upon milestone completion.

SLA & Infrastructure Support

Contractual Service Level Agreements (99.9% uptime availability and immediate engineer engagement within 60 minutes for critical P1 incidents) apply under active retainer agreements with root-cause incident post-mortems delivered within 48 business hours.
